The Physical Therapist Assistant is a licensed practitioner who provides direct patient treatment services as delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist. Carries out treatment program according to plan of care in accordance with the facilities policies and procedures related to care and treatment of the patient; treats patients in order to produce effective outcomes.
Associates Degree in Physical Therapy
Current Florida license as a Physcial therapy Assistant and current CPR Certification
