Job Description
Department:Acute Care Rehabilitation
Schedule:Part time
Shift:8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Hours:Variable days of the week to include weekends; 32 hrs/week
Salary:Hourly, $24.80 - $37.20

Job Details:Plans and implements specific evaluations and treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. In addition, this position includes ensuring the quality and appropriateness of care for department specific age groups. Further responsibilities include the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to make critical decisions regarding each patient's program or course of treatment. May be required to float to other areas of the Rehabilitation Service Line as needed.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree. Licensure as required by the State of Colorado. CPR/BLS certified.
