We are looking for a Physical Therapist for our Rehab department. This is a Monday thru Friday day position. Must have Bachelors Physical Therapy, Florida Physical Therapy License, CPR Certification.
You will assess patients physical and functional needs; develop and implement care plans; monitors and evaluates outcomes related to the assessment; provides patient and staff education and follows policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CARF, JCAHO and other regulatory agencies. The Staff PT independently manages his/her own patient caseload; provides services as part of an interdisciplinary team, and plans, implements and evaluates patient programs. The Staff Physical Therapist adheres to principles of evidence-based practice in daily decision-making and abides by the State Practice Act and the APTA Code of Ethics. Participation in the Quality Improvement process is expected
Position involves a very diversified case mix to include: Wound Care, Pediatrics, Vestibular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Hand Therapy and Neuro.
