EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS....
We are searching for a physical therapist who is interested in rotating between acute and outpatient settings with a caseload ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. (Depending on the interest of the therapist, the pediatric caseload can be increased.) Our qualified physical therapists and therapy assistants can aid in the recovery of patients by offering specific treatments and exercise to strengthen, stretch, or reduce pain and swelling. Physical therapists assist with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and wound care diagnoses. They may help stroke victims to walk, teach patients to use crutches or other assistive devices correctly and safely, and work with back, neck, and shoulder injuries. They treat pediatrics to geriatrics, and sports injuries. Equipped with the latest high tech equipment, our therapists are dedicated to returning patients to a level of normal activity.
We have a great rehab team with lots of scheduling flexibility. A typical caseload is 6-10 with no productivity pressures. We are located in a college town between Lynchburg and Petersburg, VA. Very safe, family oriented area with a low cost of living, and easy access to larger cities. Lots of outdoor activities.

Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
