We are seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health. Schedule is Monday Thru Fridays, Days. You will conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatment interventions for patients upon physician referral to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability.

Requires a Bachelors degree and Texas State Board of Physical Therapy examiners license.
Will accept New Graduates.

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and valid TX Physical Therapy licensure required. Current BCLS.
