DescriptionJoin an excellent team of caring professionals. Full time and part time opportunities for Licensed Social Workers in South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa. Must have two years minimum working in a hospital, long term care and (or) hospice setting. Will be responsible for applying social work procedures and techniques in the evaluation and treatment of clients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the planning, implementing and developing plans to enhance the emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual client growth. Qualified candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of MDS, discharge and planning experience.
Requirements
Licensed for social work practice in South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa (LSW)
BSW is a must MSW is a plus
